My tip's on Health and Weight Loss
* Do eat a balanced diet of protein, carbs, and fats.
* Do weight train at least three to four times a week
* Do make sleep a priority and aim for seven to eight hours of sleep a night
* Do stay hydrated (daily goal is to consume at least half your body weight in ounces)
* Do stay consistent and don't expect over night results
* Do make natural hormonal balance a priority
* Don't cut your calories under 1200
* Don't look for quick fixes (pills, lotions, tea's, potions and fad diets)
* Don't over do the cardio with long intense sessions
* Don't stress! Stress leads to weight gain and hormonal imbalances
* Don't completely cut out carbs, but rather eat the right carbs at the right time for the right reasons.
* Don't use synthetic HRT to balance hormones as these synthetic forms can have serious side effects.
These are just a few of my many tips I share in my accountability group to help women finally get results in a healthy sustainable way..
